The problem is related to the key weight being 999 (rather than 1000) for non-custodial wallets,

which is causing certain txns to fail with the following error:

authorization failed for account xxx: authorizer account does not have sufficient signatures (999 < 1000)

Also, FCL account proof is failing for the same reason.
